"Good location but needs refurbishing badly."

It was close to highway and convenient to leave every morning. Food was close by.

Rooms need to be upgraded. Very old and wasn’t real clean. Strangers having in parking lot and not going to rooms.

"there was a bad smell, Bad customer service, dirty place in and out side"

Room had a really bad smell, customer service was awful, I requested a non smoking room and when I got there they just gave me an attitude and told me that I paid for that room and I had to stay there. very rude. Room had roaches.

Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we checked in at 6:00 PM because there was no room available. The room they were going to give us at 6:00 PM was just about to be cleaned, and that upset me. I told the person at the front desk that it was irresponsible, and suddenly another clean room appeared. The service was horrible. At the end, we even saw a cockroach.

"Worst motel experience ever!!"

The person at the front desk was nice, but we had to locate a different motel to stay in that night because the black mold was so bad my 3yr old grandson and myself suffer from bad asthma, and COPD and could not breath.also the pool had trash and debris floating in it.looked like a lot of drug activity going on in that location also. Don't waste your $$ on this one!! Beyond Nasty!!

Nothing at all, we were there long enough to unload.and load back up to leave.
