Check-in was unfriendly, uninformative. No eye contact, no "good morning" nor acknowledgment you are at the front desk and may need something. If you want a Starbucks coffee, don't wait too long, it closes well before noon. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable. The furnishings are wonderful and the best is extremely comfortable. The visual is great, the hospitality is fair at best. I know Marriott and other hotels charge for parking in congested cities or when space is very limited. This particular one, has a huge parking lot, lots of spaces and charges $10. When I made the reservation the total after fees and taxes didn't reflect a parking fee. Unfair.

The hotel was physically clean however, the room we stayed in’s carpet is old and needs updating. My 89 year old mother and I both suffered severe allergies all night from something, probably the old carpet sneezing and having a headache. On another note, I have never had to pay for parking when staying at a hotel with a self serve lot before.

Thought the $10 parking charge was a real negative for the management. Increase the breakfast fee, but don’t charge for parking in an open lot. Bad Karma C

Good place to rest your head. Had stayed here before but didn't expect to pay parking this time so I was surprised by that.

Hotel was a little older. Starting to show some aging but otherwise clean.

We have stayed at this facility many times before. They have added $10.parking fee which I can’t find in amenities? They have ample parking in upper lot stairs could you use lighting very dark walk. Bistro/coffee shop was open although after my 5 minute wait for coffee I left Was charged $6.00 for water I didn’t drink? Called they did remove that charge within the hour

Surprise fee to park in the parking lot which never had before Cleaning not as good as in the past

It was a nice place to stay. There's a little bit of airport sound but it's near the airport. Wasn't real happy about $10 to park. Had tons of parking places that were empty so I have no idea why they are charging this 10 dollars.
