Pela relação custo-beneficio, até que vale a pena sim, mas algumas coisas deixam a desejar, principalmente em relação a limpeza e ao atendimento. Nos quartos do andar térreo é impossível ter silêncio, muito barulho de crianças. Não há muito segurança também, visto que a porta da frente e a porta de entrada sempre ficam abertas.
