When I booked the room, I requested a crib, and it was approved. However, when I arrived, they informed me that they didn’t provide a crib and didn’t have any. An hour later, I discovered they also didn’t have towels. I requested some, but they said I had to come get them. I went down to get them and was given two small towels. The person said they didn’t have any more, and each apartment only gets two towels. I asked for bigger ones, but they said that was all they had. Then, I found there was no toilet paper. I went back to reception to ask for some, and I kindly inquired about the lack of toilet paper in the washroom. I was in my room, and I asked why they didn’t have it. The person said I hadn’t requested it, and it was only available upon request. It was a very bad experience, and it ruined my night.
