De douche hing los aan de wand en als je douche, d Word de hele badkamer nat er is maar een half douchescherm

Recht preiswert. Zimmer war recht sauber

- Unangenehmer, sehr starker Reinigungsmittel-Geruch im Zimmer, auch nach sehr langem Lüften zu stark -> für Allergiker oder Schwangere absolute Katastrophe - permanenter Zigarettengeruch im Zimmer beim Lüften, bis sehr spät in die Nacht kein Lüften möglich, durch im Haus integriertes Restaurant und rauchender Zimmernachbarn - Lüften aufgrund starkem Geruch im Zimmer absolut notwendig - Durch integriertes Restaurant recht laut im Zimmer trotz geschlossener Fenster - Frühstück für uns Veganer absolut ungeeignet (nicht mal pflanzliche Margarine vorhanden für ein „Butterbrot“)

I have stayed here many times and always works out perfect for me. There is easy parking right next to the entrance door to the hotel. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are perfect. Clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are nice. There is a very nice breakfast that is included in the stay. There is a nice bar below the hotel so if you get back early enough from your day's activities you can enjoy one or many drinks in the bar and go up to your room and no worries about how to get home legally. The price is very good. I believe it is close to the airport or so I have read. It is an easy drive to the Cologne Cathedral which is a MUST see. Stunning. And the epic Cologne Christmas Markets have to be seen as they are so amazing and that is why I was there the last few times and midnight mass on Christmas Eve at the Cologne Cathedral MUST be attended because it is so beautiful and moving. I have attended it 3 of the last 4 years. I should point out they are closed on Christmas Eve and I stayed here for the Christmas Markets and not midnight mass. I answered the one question about being a romantic place to stay as yes because of the restaurant and bar below the hotel. A nice couple wanting a fun and relaxing evening can have a nice meal and many drinks in the restaurant and bar and then wonder up to the room with no worries about how to get the car home or finding a taxi or looking for an Uber. I will stay here again next year if I attend the Cologne Christmas Markets.
