The room size was good. The bathroom was clean. The living room had decent furniture, comfortable to sit on. The mattress was firm, I like firm mattresses. Location is in the heart of the city, very convenient to get around, with the Reforma street just a block away. Delicious fruits at the breakfast.

Smelly and small lobby. No room slippers. Average breakfast variety. Hotel felt old. The lift was very erratic and not functioning. Low value for money.

Perfecto, todo de acuerdo a lo esperado, muy buena ubicación, mucha vida nocturna así que no hay mucho problema al llegar en la noche, cerca a varios lugares turísticos a pie, muy contactado, estuvo bueno el desayuno todos los días. Pudimos descansar bien a pesar de la zona, era un piso alto así que caso no se oía nada. En general muy bien!

La ubicación, la atención del personal, en espexial la de Israel y de Adair Ríos quienes definitivamente dan la milla extra; ambos me apoyaron a resolver inconvenientes en la habitación y me orientaron con buenas indicaiones y consiguiéndome taxis. Excelentes trabajadores. Finalmente el tamaño de la habitación, como bien indica el nombre, son SUITES muy grandes y cómodas el contar con una caja fuerte de ese tamaño es muy práctico, un hotel ejecutivo pero q funciona perfecto para turismo.

Pueden mejorar las cortinas, cambiarlas por rollos blackout con sistema de cajón para cero luz. Mejorar un poco eñ desayuno, los huevos al gusto como el omelettte definitivamente necesita mejorar e incorporar otras opciones como avena pero n general esta re bienel desayuno.
