Veliki svetao apartman na savrsenoj lokaciji. U apartmanu nas je sacekala ljubazna domacica Mariella sa svim potrebvim instrukcijama. Takodje flasa vina kao poklon dobrodoslice je izuzetan gest. Toplo preporucujem apartman

Apartment was very clean and location was excellent. Well equipped kitchen, close to great supermarket and loads of bars and restaurants. Mariella’s communication before and during our stay was superb. She arranged for a taxi to pick us up from airport as we had a late flight.

Lage ist super. Die Wohnung ist charmant und hat eine gute Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Perfect Location: The apartment is right in the heart of Palermo. It was incredibly easy to explore the city from here

Cleanliness & Maintenance: The apartment was not well-maintained. We found dust, dirty floors, and dead flies in the kitchen. There was also visible mold on the walls in the kitchen, living room/second bedroom. I have uploaded photos of the mold for documentation; I am mentioning this here for posterity in case the platform removes the images later. Poor Sleep Quality: The pillows were absolutely horrible, which made for a very poor night's rest throughout the stay. Misleading & Inconvenient Layout: We booked the most expensive "Superior" option, but it is a terrible choice for two couples. There is zero privacy because the living room is the second bedroom. Additionally, the second bathroom is on a separate upper floor along with the kitchen and balcony, which is very inconvenient. Exaggerated "Sea View": The view is laughable—you can only catch a glimpse of the water if you stand in a specific position on the balcony. Lacking Basic Amenities: It felt very "cheap" to be given only 4 coffee pods for 4 people staying for 4 days. There were also no kitchen napkins provided, which is a basic necessity. Uncomfortable Host Experience: The owner was pushy about documents days before we arrived. To top it off, she showed up 10 minutes before the 10:00 AM checkout, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable as we were trying to pack. Final Verdict: I will definitely not stay here again. The location is excellent, but some of the problems make it a poor value for the high price tag.

The apartment was lovely and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it was a great location. Such an easy check-in. Thorough recommend this property.

Shower recess very small. No washing machine.

Miejsce zdecydowanie do polecenia. Opiekowała się nami Mariella, która była bardzo pomocna, cierpliwa, uprzejma i świetnie mówi po angielsku. Apartament czysty, w lodówce woda, mleko, sok, na stole wino. W kuchni sól, pieprz, cukier, herbata, kawa, oliwa. Tych rzeczy często brakuje w apartamentach. Byliśmy w kwietniu, w Wielkanoc i NIE BYŁO GŁOŚNO! Ale też nie otwieraliśmy w nocy okien. W mieszkaniu ciepło (w pozytywnym sensie, bo dni i noce były chłodne).

Mieszkanie jest ślicznie urządzone, ale dołożyłabym trochę wieszaków na kurtki w przedpokoju i koniecznie wieszaki na ręczniki w łazience.
