Please note that if the kitchen is used, a surcharge of € 30 is requested for the final cleaning. A surcharge of 15 Eur applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. We would like to inform you that spa services, gym and thermal pools are located in another building near the property. Services are free of charge and reservation is not necessary.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
