Akil, the manager, was so helpful. He solved a problem that I was unable to do! Huge relief to me!!

The staff at the hotel reception specifically Tiffany was very rude, uncooperative, no desire to help to solve the situation we had with Expedia and our reservation, we received no help at all on the contrari, there was no customer service at all.

When i made reservations thinking that this property had more to offer such as more than 1 restaurant and bars which was advertised on their web site. Room had a moldy smell and guest service was bad. Asked for sheets for beds got wrong size sheets 3 times. There were not a lot of options such as shuttle and transit on and off properly. Also there were no options for getting rooms cleaned on a daily bases.

Are room was never clean after arguing with them they did clean it. The pool bartender was completely inappropriate and rude and did not have the amenities that it said it had

The beach location is perfect. The staff memebers are extremely friendly. There is a 22$ a day eco electric charge. The room was small and you are responsible for your own trash removal. But the stay is completely worth it. Great view

The entire trip was great, nice and clean room. Very spacious, great restaurant and pool. However, the beach was filled with seaweed and initially there was only one gentleman cleaning it up. Had to leave property to go to the beach.
