"Very, very helpful hotel staff."

We were there 2 nights. The front desk staff were both very accommodating and very helpful numerous times on numerous things. One special thing was to assist us in getting to the nearby light rail station. Very, very helpful.

"Fantastic hotel"

I would absolutely stay here again. My husband was in the UW Medical center for 10 days and this hotel was PERFECT. They gave me a medical rate which was such a gift. Only a seven minute drive, locked parking garage (GOLD), Keurig and free coffee IN MY ROOM, also a fridge and microwave, and bathrobes!! Who does that anymore?? The rooms were quiet and such comfortable beds and bedding. The staff were very friendly and accommodating as I started with just a 2 night reservation and had to extend it bit by bit as my husband stayed night after night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

"So clean!"

Cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time! The staff was over-the-top amazing and friendly! The baristas in the Pineapple Cafe made a perfect latte and I could have stayed there all day talking to them!

This place was so much nicer than I was expecting based on the reasonable price. Loved the cabinetry and the bed. Central location in the U-district, friendly staff. I love a place with a sense of humor, that truly appreciates dogs. Loved that there was free, secure underground parking. It’s got a goofy (and potentially suggestive) name, but I would totally stay there again. There seemed to be a few of these in Seattle; are they all this nice? Might try the one in Queen Anne next.
