The Hotel

The host Naren has been very welcoming and helpful, he took care of me constantly before and during my stay. He helped me in organising the taxi service to Dumre and the bus transport to Kathmandu, chosing the best bus service luxury having more spacious seats. The place has its own charme and character. Even if the building and the rooms with fournitures may need little bit of refurbirshment, at same time the room is cozy and spacious and bed is confortable. Rooms have amazing mountains views. The hotel has also a lovely roof terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast with stunning views of the hills around. Breakfast has variety and is very tasty. Great and central location, just after the main street.

The service of the host Naren was 10/10 - so very helpful with laundry, organising bus, taxi etc to Pokhara and local knowledge. View from windows of our room was beautiful over Bandipur (not the mountains), still very tranquil. Shower was lovely and hot, linen clean.

The walls in the room were a bit dirty, and the bathroom was in need of a good scrub.

Location was nice. Good view from patio

Staff insulted my family. Spoke very rudely to them. My father and law and uncle are Nepali, and they thought they we my "drivers", and therefore insulted them. If you are white you will be treated well, but if they think you are Nepali they will treat you very disrespectfully.

Great location, great view from the roof top. Clean and tidy room, hot shower, good breakfast. Helpful staff, we needed a heater and they got us one.

I have travelled all over the world and this is probably the best views I’ve ever seen from a hotel. The rooms are incredibly clean and the owner is so helpful and kind.
