USUSI like the location.
Our room smelled of urine when we turned the heat on. It smelled like it was coming from the vents. We complained and requested another room but because the hotel was filled to capacity, there was none. We were told that we would be reimbursed our money for the night but we still have not received it after having contacted the manager several times. This was not the first time that we had stayed at the hotel, and had no other issues previously. Unfortunately, we will not be staying there again.
USThis place is full of mold and surrounded anywhere inside the room. The aircon is stink and the minute u get into the room you could smell the old materials

Mi esposo cuando se estaba banando se resbalo y cayo dentro de la tina, cuando fue a caer se agarro de la agarradra que esta incrustrada en la pared . al agarrarse se desprendio y cayo de medio lado y no se podia levantar. no sufrio danos en su cuerpo solo dolor . ese soporte de agarrarse se vio la fragilidad como estan pegados a la pared por unos pequenos tornillos. No son confialbles. En front desk solo hay 1 persona y no es suficiente para atender .fuimos a poner la queja y no pudimos , habia una linea de unas 10 personas. While my husband was showering, he slipped and fell into the bathtub. As he fell, he grabbed the grab bar mounted on the wall; it came loose, causing him to fall sideways, and he couldn't get back up. He didn't suffer any physical injuries, just pain. The incident revealed how flimsy that support bar was—it was attached to the wall with just a few small screws. They aren't reliable. We tried to report it at the front desk, but we couldn't; there was a line of people waiting for service, and the attendant was leaving. There really ought to be two people on duty there.There is only one person at the front desk, and that isn't enough to handle the workload; we tried to lodge a complaint but couldn't, as there was a line of about 10 people.

It was shabby and not very clean the bed was okay but the other furniture seemed worn out. Breakfast was lacking.
