I booked the hotel from 4th may to 5th may and i checked in at 3.10 am on 5th may , i don’t no why they cancelled My reservation at 2.40 am without informing me !! And they didn’t issue my full refund my booking price was 170& and they return me 4.59$ only ! So disappointing

Comfortable beds

The back door didn't loc to the hotel , anyone could come wandering into the hotel with no security at any time. There were no lights at the entrance so at night it was very dark and creepy. The room was just over all dirty. The elevator wasn't working. There was food all over the remote. The TV and WIFI didn't work. The floor had mud all over it. The toilet didn't flush. The staff wasn't polite.

Enjoyable! Location is good at Newark, Delaware. Convenient. Service is good! Breakfast is nice. Coffee provided at the reception and in the room!

Very sketchy. Odd smells. Noisy. Screeching cars outside. I booked because it showed 3 stars, which was very misleading. That night, when I finally fell asleep, I dreamed that I was held at gunpoint. Did not feel secure in this location.
