No AC in lobby, hallways, or our room. Very uncomfortable night at 78 degrees. Our room, lobby, and back deck need maintenance. Chipped paint, chipped furniture, decaying fireplace on deck, ripped furniture cushions. Really run down hotel.

We booked this hotel because we are IHG members and have stayed in several Staybridge hotels. Plus the reviews on Trip Advisor were very good. The outside of the hotel looks very nice and the pool looks nice. The keys to our room rarely worked. The front desk staff had to come several times to open our door for us. The room itself was okay. It was very dark. The lighting in the bathroom was inadequate. We were on the main floor with windows facing the front parking area. Bushes blocked the light from coming in the windows. The air conditioner was extremely loud when it would go on. The TV in bedroom did. not work. The room was clean but definitely needs updating. The breakfast was typical free breakfast. The best thing I can say about this hotel is the front desk staff. Everyone we dealt were professional and accommodating and extremely pleasant!

Really really good breakfast! Freshly made and warm, good flavor and friendly staff that helps with any request. Very nice location with a mountain view. Only struggle was getting stuff delivered, drivers mistake it for another hotel since the Staybridge sign is way in front of the Holiday Inn hotel so had to be super specific on my deliveries other than that really great hotel!

We stayed here for 8 days. Lovely suite overlooking the mountains. Room was well equipped, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok although the I didn't think much of the fruit juices on offer (very watery). Plenty of parking at the rear of the hotel and easy access from the car park to the lift. The tiles in the pool need to be sorted out as many are coming off and pose a risk of cutting peoples feet. Would happily stay here again when visiting my family in the area.

Gym equipment was broken

I really liked the property but the hot tub was not working. The outside hot tub with the Mountain View was one of the main reasons for selecting this property. Breakfast was better than expected but the weekend breakfast hours are later so we had to leave before breakfast was ready.

Seemed an older property but was comfortable and well appointed.
