Staybridge Suites Colorado Springs North by IHG

It was ok. Not the cleanest, the rooms were super outdated and patched. Staff was wonderful.

Room was clean and just as advertised. Staff was great and the breakfast always had ample options and variety each day. It more than fit our needs with two small children and there is tons to do within 15 minutes or less. Could not have had a better experience for what it was; a clean safe hotel with great staff and hot breakfast

Solid value for family of six . Two bedrooms + two bathrooms + pullout sofa and kitchenette. We stayed one night on both sides of a trip to the mountains. Just over twenty minutes from COS airport, easy access off interstate / highway, but quiet. Beds were good, pillows great. Breakfast was good and varied, exercise room well equipped, staff very helpful. Leanne checked us in both times and was great. One of the rooms was showing some wear, and the landscaping needs a trim.

The staff was kind and attentive. The breakfast was great every morning. We spent Christmas week there and were not disappointed. Thank you to the staff for working and being there for us for the holidays.

Hotel is a bit tired so to speak... But it appears some renovation work is starting. Was nice to have breakfast in the morning. However, when we arrived our room was 55°, TV doesn't function well in the living room, TV in the bedroom doesn't function at all. Smoke alarm was beeping and the desk clerk had to return twice before installing new batteries instead of ones that were already used put there by maintenance apparently. Little rough on the check-in

We have stayed at the staybridge a couple of times and enjoy the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast is good
