As far as 5 star hotels are concerned everything was there. Not sure what was unique in particular however the one thing I did notice was the level of friendliness and attentiveness of all the staff. Everyone was just so very nice. The cleaners were lovely, the waiters and bar staff were very hospitable and the front desk and door staff all very professional. I stayed 17 days and it felt like my home for a while.

Hyatt Kolkata has always been an excellent experience and they didn't disappoint this time either. Apart from the high standards of cleanliness and luxury that you would expect from a five star hotel, what stands out is the warmth and friendliness of all the hotel staff. I especially wish to call out Amit Shah from the Waterside Cafe and Kaushik and Kaushiki from the Housekeeping staff. Gautam and Missi from the Waterside Cafe were also extremely good
