Eden Hoi An Villas

Good location in paddy fields, close enough to walk to centre in 20 minutes, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Good access to beach and heading off on trips. Tina was amazing, helped sort any issues and arranged two trips, keeping in touch on WhatsApp.

The shower over the bath wasn’t the best, but for the money it was a great value stay.

The Welcome at the reception so nice and professional . Doing the best to arrange you. The place near by the city center. The use of free bicycle, you are just near the rice fields and can go on until the beach by small ways. The great room with the balcony and the sitting area confortable. the view on the rice field so calm and beautiful. Very great place good deal!

De warme welkom van het personeel, Lan en Tina deden hun uiterste best voor mij. Ze spreken ook goed Engels. Ook de eigenaar was meer dan aardig. Ik wilde een grotere kamer, dit werd direct geregeld door Tina en de upgrade en deal was super. Ik heb zelfs nog 4 nachten extra bijgeboekt. Mijn uitzicht was fenomenaal over de rijstvelden. De kamer werd iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt en je krijgt gratis 2 flessen water dagelijks. Dw kamer was schoon en heeft een fijn bed. Ik had een probleem met de pinautomaat/Bank. De eigenaar is direct gaan bellen voor mij met de Bank en ik heb mijn pinpas teruggekregen. Eeuwig dankbaar! De omgeving is centraal, je mag de Hotel fiets gratis gebruiken. Alles is op de fiets of te voet makkelijk te bereiken. Ik kom hier zeker ooit weer terug en Lan, Tina en Eigenaar, dankjewel voor jullie fantastische service en mijn fijne verblijf.

באמת המלון הכי מדהים שהיה לנו בכל המזרח. מארחות מדהימות כל כך עוזרות ונחמדות. המחיר כל כך נמוך ביחס לתמורה.. החדר יפה, נוח ומפנק. הם נותנים אופניים בחינם להסתובב בעיר והכל קרוב למרכז. מיקום מהמם פשוט הכל מושלם

Staff were nice, rooms are good spacious and clean, everything would be fine but unfortunately one big problem…

My room although looked painted recent and clean, had mold in walls, gave me a super sore throat and couldn’t sleep.

Tina and Lan at the front desk were SO welcoming, helpful, and lovely people. The room was clean and comfortable and had a nice pool. It's about a 15 min walk to Old Town and they have bicycles to use for free and scooters for rent at a good price. Airport transfer was easy to use and cheaper than grab. Overall 10/10 experience and would love to return.

J'ai tout aimé. Les lits étaient confortables la vue était superbe. Le centre historique est proche. Merci pour ce bon sejour. Et merci à Li Lan pour sa gentillesse et ses conseils.

It was super clean, super comfortable, and good value. The hotel also provides bicycles for free, which is a nice bonus.
