Bed was so uncomfortable , no cleaning at all old dirty bathrooms

I had a place to stay Cleaning staff were very helpful with use of laundry as reception was helpful with acknowledgment The kettle worked and the shower was good pressure.

I wanted to use the laundry facilities but the reception was unaware of the malfunctioning dryer and referred me to use the one that had a chain around it???? The mattress was curved. No coat hangers. The door had to be pulled hard to self lock. The cafe doesn't open until 10 am. That is absolute BS

Excellent customer service, really kind staff. Really good food at the cafe. Great value for money overall

The room did smell like smoke

There was a freezer in the room instead of a fridge

In one room the motel door was patched up badly where it appeared to have been knocked off its hinges and had patched holes everywhere, smoke alarm was hanging off the wall, there were cigarette burns all over the carpet, no handle on the sliding door, a fire mark on one wall and along the tv unit. In the 2 appartments booked the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned and in one the toilets there was something in the toilet that had not been flushed, in the second rooms in the appartments where the single beds were for the kids there was a door that led outside and had a different key to what we were given we had to drag the beds into one room as we did not feel this was safe.
