It was very difficult to get out of the parking lot into traffic. Otherwise- Very quiet, large comfortable rooms, with a good breakfast
When we entered our room there was an overwhelming smell of fried chicken. We assumed someone near us had been cooking and the smell would go away, but it continued through the night. We were only at the hotel less than 12 hours and couldn’t get out fast enough. While staff was friendly they seemed unconcerned when we reported the disgusting odor. The breakfast sustained us but the hot food was not hot, nor was the coffee, and the toaster was broken. Thankfully the room was clean and the price cheap. However we would not stay again.

This is our third time staying here. We have enjoyed it each time. One of the things we enjoy is their fresh breakfast. We’ll be staying here again.
The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Staff great. Lobby area decorated for Halloween and very impressive. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh scrambled eggs, lots of bacon, grits, biscuits, and much more. Would absolutely stay here again.
Access to front parking lot easier coming from downtown Abingdon than from freeway exit. We approached from freeway and entered a different hotel parking lot and had to exit back to Lee St. to get to parking lot for this hotel.
Hotel sits just off the interstate but is relatively quiet. Check in/out process was easy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast. Would recommend staying here.
Room booked was king size bed but we were given queen size. Also a/c was rattling loudly.
Staff was great, friendly and willing to assist. They allowed me to park my motorcycle upfront under the roof so thats a major win for me. Located right off the highway with some options for dinning and plenty of gas stations at good prices. As for the hotel i was able to book 2 days prior just under 100 so cant complain area was just hit by Helena storm, and it was at full capacity. Still plenty of room in the breakfast area and parking lot although dark at nigh and most availability was in the back. Now for the not so great part. Hotel is heavily outdated for almost 100. Room smelled old, furniture specially the sofa showed severe signs of wear and tear. Bathroom was clean but had signs of humidity on the roof and bathtub showed its aged with dirty caulking and cracking. Now the bed was great! matress and pillows were firm with plenty of support for a good night rest. So if its just a passing by i would consider it again. Breakfast was average with a plus that they offer some items like granolla bars and muffins that are wrapped and you can take easily on the go. If only they invested in renovating the rooms it would be a great option.
