Location, pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast, large room towards the yard, i.e., very quiet.

Suggestions: Open trolley could be kept on the floor or on the desk only. There is very limited space for hanging clothes, particularly when two people inhabit the double room. Additional knobs, e.g. at the door, would be helpful.
