It needed a lot of work. Getting rundown. The toilet was so close to the wall that you couldn’t properly sit down without sitting on the toilet paper roll. You could actually totally remove the toilet paper unit completely from the wall exposing the insulation. The bathroom light by the breakfast area would not stay on. Over use of spray probably to mask oders in room and hallways. The price was too high for the condition of hotel.

Friendly staff, pet friendly, nice sized rooms. Somehow paid for double booking, realized a week later and staff quickly fixed it and refunded me.

Clean!!! Very comfortable and not too outdated. Staff is extremely nice and accommodating! Made staying with pets a breeze.

Room placement left something to be desired. Originally in a second floor room then in a room right off the lobby making potty and walks with the dogs a little more difficult.

I booked this room for my wife who was traveling alone cross country after taking care of her mother on hospice. She reported that the door appeared 'kicked in' and the only security was the safety catch latch. The window was also broken, so she put the luggage rack in the window to secure it. She did not feel safe. Not being with her all I can convey is the uncomfortable review, that it is over. and she is back home and ok
