It had an unpleasant smell

Room with king-sized bed was large and roomy. Staff was friendly.

Shower stall needs shelving or someplace to place soap or other items such as shower gel, shampoo, etc. It looks like shower was upgraded which is great but it appears this feature was an oversight. Breakfast options were very limited during our stay. Very few healthy protein options. No eggs, no yogurt, etc. Mostly consisted of carbs. I was told that "their food truck did not come in" as expected. That was disappointing as we ended up getting food someplace else.

The location is perfect, the pool is beautiful and large. The front desk people, cleaning people and the maintenance person were friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel like we were at home. Breakfast was great as well and there were a lot of choices. The room we had was better than I’ve ever had at a hotel/motel. There is even a laundry area!

There is nothing about the property I could say was negative. The only thing is maybe to supply a pizza pan or baking pan for the kitchen.

Location, shower and pool.

Ceiling fan in room was nice however made a noise when it was on. AC wasn't working properly. Beds were too lumpy and the fitted sheet wouldn't stay on.

really nice hotel, there were lots of families there. The breakfast area is quite large but can be a bit crowded, they do have a outside seating area also which helps. Great value!

It was exactly what we needed. And loved it was walking distance to the ocean.

Would like to have same size room on the 1st floor next time.

The room was very clean and cozy, well stocked options in the lobby for food or drink. Nice morning breakfast. Nice quiet location. Helpful staff. Pool was very nice. Overall a very nice stay, will definitely stay there next time.

The property was easy to find. The rooms were very clean. The cute boy with the glasses on day shift was extremely nice and helpful

Nicole!! She hates her job and made it everyone else’s problem. She gave us the wrong room twice. She acted as though she had no idea how to do her job. She also was just extremely rude anytime we needed anything. Magically when she worked the pool wasn’t stocked with towels and she didn’t have any supplies. Also the fire alarms went off and staff was no where in sight. No one was helpful or anything
