The surrounding area by the pool was really nice to sit and have coffee in the morning and have a meal outside of the room, slider door towards the pool. Parked our car next to the front door. Easy to have access to the front lobby and ice machine. The bathroom has a nice space and hot water. The king bed is huge and lots of windows with nice shades! Tile flooring is a nice touch. We really enjoyed the fridge, microwave, a/c and heater, coffee maker in our room.

The $100 isn't refundable if you pay by card. They will keep $10 for the service fee. If you pay cash, then it's fully refundable. The spa wasn't hot water, Lukewarm. Bathroom towels do need to be given 3 per person, smaller size, especially to use the pool. The TV wasn't a huge size like what was mounted on the wall before. The brackets were still there. We didn't hear street noise even though we were close to it. Walking distance to food places made the right location for us.

It is near grocery stores and food

Almost everything, the beds, couch had smoking holes in the fabric in a non-smoking room. Just a roof over your head for the night. Fridge did not work. Holes in the wall. Large crack in the shower. Lights works.

I paid for one month in advance. Check in confirmed but room not ready until the following day.. I was given a temporary room that was very unclean and not at all as presented on Booking.com. I immediately left and requested a refund. Property manager refused a refund and Booking.com did very little to assist me. I filed a BBB complaint and a dispute of charges with my bank. The following day I received a message from the property manager apologizing who claimed to send the refund to Booking.com. I have request my substantial refund from Booking.com but still have not received it.

Unclean room and misrepresented. Difficulty in communicating with staff due to language barrier.

Dirty, moldy, dusty. Ready to knock down and build a new.

i was disgusting.. Where to start. Filthy, paint peeling, front door is filthy, black mold under the sink, refrigerator door was completely off, peeling paint in the bathroom, no clock, sheets were stained.....
