Very comfortable. Everything is with in walking distance. Staff is very polite.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable despite being an older property. Easy check in. Very roomy, comfortable bed with lovely grass areas, flowers, and palm trees out the arcadia door. Parking directly in front of the door reminded us of the motor hotels from our youth. Not modern or fancy, but comfortable, spacious and clean.

It was dirty, smoke smell, mildew in bathroom, shower head broken, dirty sinks, floor turned out feet black, chipped paint, cracked sink, mini fridge froze the food, strong odor in the registration office, other guests had visit from police, loud arguing, and arrest ensued. It was shocking that booking.com listed such a property that was unsafe and poorly maintained.

Everything, room was ran down and dirty. Very disappointed in the service and how it was handled. This room is nothing like the pictures. It has roaches, dirty floors, sinks, walls. Cigarette buds and hair left over from prior guests. There was a giant crank in the shower wall. Oh not to mention you had to take the top of toilet tank lid off wiggle the part that fills the tank with water in order to for you flush the toilet

Location was great, located in the main part of town close to restaurants and shops.

This motel needs a serious makeover or renovation. Door to the room did not have a security latch. When checking in the man at the desk spoke my room number out loud instead of showing it to me, while another man waited behind me to also check in. Major safety issue for women traveling alone. The walls had dry wall patches/repairs that were not painted to match the walls. Mattress had little to no support, probably very old and needs to be replaced. Bathtub was oddly not flat on the bottom? Potential slip and fall hazard. The hot tub in the pool area looked like it hasn’t been properly cleaned in years as grimey as those stairs looked. And they have an electrical problem as the power went out around midnight, when I messaged them they said the power was out in the town of Fallbrook but everything else around them had lights and power. Has potential to be a really cute motel, but needs serious upgrades. Will not be returning.
