Check in was fine. However the front desk guy did not even say he will ask for deposit.

I booked our reservation for 4 people and when we got there, there were only 3 sets of towels. I had to ask for another set. We took the suite that has one bedroom and a sofa bed. The mattress in the sofa bed was horrible. You could feel the springs. I wanted to complain and switch rooms, but my family said we’d just make it work. Then the hair dryer was broken! We checked in late night, and the front desk said I would have to wait till the next day to get a new one. I was irritated, but my family is so easy going, I let it be. Also, there’s a side door from the parking lot, that you should be able to go into with your room key, but it’s broken. There’s no sign to say the key card reader doesn’t work. We tried, and we saw so many people try, and watched them all walk away upset. The location has free parking, free breakfast, nice staff, and there are a lot of great restaurants in walking distance.

This is our go-to place. We've never had a bad experience. The only 2 things that went wrong were that when we got to the room there was a white spillage on the TV table and the hot tub was like warm.

It is so amazing. The room service staff were excellent. Reception staff blew away my mind. Kind and courteous. Breakfast staff, wooohooo, so polite and very approachable. The stay was the wonderland..
