Big and clean rooms with kitchen. Friendly staff. Great breakfest with variety of sandwiches, eggs, milk, fruits, toasts and oatmeal. Will definitely come back.

Nicely located near the shopping and restaurants area. The rooms and floors are little outdated. Continental breakfast was good.

Good location. Took a long time (2 days) for the staff to give us shower gel. Decent breakfast options. The elevators were really slow. Total of 2 elevators but only one was working.

Breakfast: Quality of food. Unlimited supply. Coffee options. Fresher and healthier options. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Breakfast: Slightly limited range for the hot food which wasn't consistent from day to day, but not a major issue for me. Second lift wasn't working the whole time I was there, which was a bit frustrating.

While I appreciated that the staff allowed me to check in early, which I’m genuinely grateful for. But my overall experience at the property was disappointing. The building could use a deep cleaning; the hallways had a strong smell of urine, and the carpets in both the hall and my room were noticeably dirty. The bed was old and sagging, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. On Saturday, June 28th, a birthday party took over the pool area, with more than 10 unsupervised children and no adult or lifeguard present. The party lasted from around noon until 10 p.m., making it difficult if not impossible for other guests, including myself, to enjoy the pool. It was frustrating to have this key amenity essentially unavailable due to lack of oversight.
