"Uma estadia OK para última hora ou quando não tem mais opções"

O café da manhã é espetacular! Variedade de opções, tanto doces quanto salgadas. Bastante coisa fresca e bem feita. Reposição do buffet excelente. O serviço de transfer gratuito de/para o aeroporto Guarulhos também foi ótimo.

Reservamos um quarto duplo com cama de casal, porém era uma cama de viúva - nem casal nem solteiro. A coberta não cobria toda a cama, não cobria duas pessoas. Precisava escolher se apenas uma pessoa usaria a coberta, e para cobrir 2 teria que optar se seria da cintura pra cima ou pra baixo cobertos de tão pequena que era. Solicitei coberta em tamanho adequado e quando levaram outra no quarto, era do mesmo tamanho, nos informando que só tinha daquele tamanho. Dos 4 travesseiros, 2 estavam com fronhas com cheiro de usadas.

Excelente atención. Muy buen desayuno , además servido desde las 5.15 a.m. !!! El hotel ofrece como cortesía traslado desde y hacia el Aeropuerto. Y por último olvidamos una bolsa con compras importantes y con amabilidad y diligencia gestionaron el envío. ESTAMOS MUY AGRADECIDOS!

Os funcionários são muito prestativos e atenciosos, qd chegamos não tinha van esperando no aeroporto e eles providenciaram um táxi. Quarto limpo e amplo e café da manhã muito bom.
