The location was perfect for a breakaway from city life. Farm life at its best

The insects and frogs but that’s part of the farm life so it was to be expected.

Ohhh my goodness!! What a tranquil atmosphere. We loved everything about our stay in Shanzeley, Jolette is so kind and very accommodating. My husband and kids couldn’t get over the fire place. There was more than enough wood supply for the fire place. We are definitely coming back for another stay❤️

A bit far from George (+-50km). However the peaceful stay was worth it.

"A MAGIC SPOT"

What is not to like. It's a tranquil setting with a beautiful house, furnished beautifully, easy check-in, friendly staff... we loved every minute of our stay.

The ONLY draw-back was that the farm is close to the road, so there is a somewhat noise pollution, but when you're inside and you have the fireplace going, you don't even notice it.
