As usual amazing experience. Hospitality far and beyond - the staff is friendly, accommodating, tend to every need. Easy to reach and very responsive. Tasty breakfast, not sophisticated but fresh and cooked with care (not mass produce)) Clean and tidy room. Optimal price/quality ratio.

"Warm and cosy Bourique Hotel"

Very comfortable and cosy room! Loved it, would recommend. Walking distance to various restaurants and main streets, however be mindful it is in a hill so there is a steep path to get there, great to get your cardio on. Very kind and helpful staff!

"Anniversary in Tblisi"

The hotel was excellent. Very modern, clean and with great service. Nice breakfast and close to the city centre. The area was great and a good starting place for looking around the city. It's on a hill which is quite steep but that's Ok if you are walkers like we are.

"Enjoyable stay"

Great room, bathroom with a comfy bath, tasty breakfast, great location. Very nice staff, helped us with check in and our equipment. Stayed for only 2 days, but felt cozy. Location is really close to tasty places and restaurants, Liberty square etc

"Exceptional"

From the time of booking the front desk staff in particular Mary, were very helpful in answering any questions and helping us rearrange our transfers when our flight was delayed. The room was in good repair and had a balcony, hairdryer, tea and coffee facilities and a safe. The quality of the bathroom toiletries was good and the location of the hotel was convenient for walking or taking the underground or bus. Note the hotel is on the lower half of a steep hill, so might not be for those that have difficulty walking unaided or who easily get short of breath. The breakfast spread was fresh and diverse. Coffee lovers please note decaf coffee is provided in the room and at breakfast and ground coffee is available at an extra cost.

"Great hotel and team!"

The hotel is very well located, it is a beautiful and sophisticated building with a wonderful, kind and always available team. Breakfast is good with different and authentic menu. I missed fruit's plates/slices and cereals options but nothing that impacted my whole experience.
