Atendimento e transparência ao cobrar consumo. Consumo 1 cerveja e me cobraram duas.paguei e questionei porem me foi falado através de uma recepcionista da manhã mal educada que era pra eu deixar meu contato pra fazer o estorno e após quase 2 meses ninguém entrou em contato.fiz reclamação através do reclamação aqui e ate hj ninguém teve a gentileza de responder!tomem cuidado ao consumir.produtos la,eles são duvidosos ao cobrar a a mais!não indico e nem retorno mais nesse hotel!as atendes não tem simpatia alguma!estivemos hospedados em janeiro dia 29/01/26!

Gostei do atendimento na recepção, café da manhã. Limpeza eu recomendo e voltarei a me hospedar

Faltou um pouco de empatia de uma funcionária qdo meu namorado precisou de ajuda pra chamar um Uber. Ela disse que não sabia como fazer, então eu sugiro que auxiliem ela, para auxiliar os hóspedes.

a posição central è ótima

o quarto nao tinha prateleira nem apoio para duas malas, os lençóis eram somente apoiados sobre o colchão, teria gostado de encontrar uma garrafa de agua na geladeira, no banheiro não tinha uma saboneteira nem um copo para a escova de dentes, falta indicações sobre WiFi, telefone concierge, local de segurança, nada.. Um galo acordava a gente a partir das 4 horas... o piso sintetico mal colado, tudo sem gosto nem carinho .... O café de manha apenas suficiente, basico...precisou varias vezes chamar a copeira pare repor o que ia faltando.. Por isso dou um valor baixo no raporto qualidade/preço

O Local é bem centralizado.

Foi feito reserva para um quarto com banheira e ar condicionado, chegamos no local era totalmente diferente do esperado. Quarto somente com chuveiro e ventilador.

Tudo certo, bem localizado. Funcionários educados. Gostei bastante do local.

Foi só a questão do ventilador, é pequeno, merecia no mínimo 40 centímetros, dependendo até do calor. Mas, faz parte. Saúde e sucesso para todos.
