The property was very clean and comfortable. The comfort of the bed with soft sheets and very comfortable pillows was superb. As well as the very friendly welcome and superb service by the caring attendant, the bed was especially welcomed for a great sleep after a long journey.

The only thing really was that there was no electric kettle available for heating water for a cup of tea in our room. Providing an electric kettle is normal in New Zealand hotel rooms and we needed to use a pan to heat water. As guests from NZ are a minority, this is a minor point to improve. :)
