The person at the front desk was dismissive and cold. I was charged an extra $50 for amenities that they didn’t have and I did not use.

Staff, as always, was helpful, friendly and engaging. Great room with a view. Love walking on the beach and watching surfers at sunrise

Great hotel

The hotel is on the beach which makes the location very enjoyable. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance and so is the pier. The hotel is pet friendly.

Hot tub jets did not work, pool area dirty and run down, anyone can walk onto the property and hotel-the gates surrounding do not lock and keep out non guests, huge roach in our room- staff blew it off

Our room was smelly and we had to be moved to another room.

Our overall experience was excellent. Wonderful location - right on the beach! Our room was very spacious with ocean views. Staff very friendly. We had breakfast there on out last morning - Yolanda was our waitress for breakfast and she was outstanding! The only criticism is that the pool is very small and there were very few umbrellas - not enough for every lounge bed. Also, we had to ask for our room to be cleaned/made up. Otherwise, a great hotel. We would stay there again.

Outstanding well run hotel . The staff in every department is well trained and they sincerely care about the wellbeing of every guests. They always have a smile on their faces and are happy to be working here and it shows by their positive interactions with every guests . The hotel is well maintained and very clean . The gentleman supervisor at the front desk and his colleagues who checked us in and checked us out were very professional and very welcoming. They took the time to explain all the hotel amenities and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Crystal the breakfast associate was also very kind , professional and interacted with us and every other guests presents in the dining room. She made sure that every guests were satisfied with a smile . The food quality and presentation of the food on the buffet was very good and the cheese omelette made to order was delicious . The hotel location is perfect. Our junior suite was well maintained and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeper that took care of our room was very pleasant and did an outstanding job . Our room was very clean . The view from our room was very nice . I highly recommend this hotel to everyone and I will definitely stay in your beautiful and well run hotel in the future when traveling to Jacksonville.
