I can't say that I received any of the VIP Access benefits. Other than that, hotel is in a great location. Access to lots of nightlife and also spas, if quiet and relaxing is what you are looking for.

The property is in a great location and is a nice building with slightly higher comfort than typical hotels.

Dated bathrooms, dated decor and worn out wall paper/ trim. It’s a loud club type property, I stayed Friday night, that is clearly heard in the rooms. I had to get past the bouncer just to check into the hotel but, I didn’t have to stand in line he did have a list of hotel guests. No waters in the room, which at check out they did try to charge me for!?

Best location in San Jose with plenty of high end stores and good restaurants. Excellent staff, a hidden gem is the rooftop bar. Pool area on 5th floor was a great place to relax.

Comfy bed, nice outdoor pool area and jacuzzi. Got downstairs for breakfast at 11:08 am and they woukd not serve me any breakfast since it stopped at 11 . Not even a muffin . Lunch menu available was not something I could eat first thing of the day .
