The Sangria drink upon arrival. The cleanliness. Breakfast prices were reasonable. Located in beautiful Santana Row. Gorgeous bar.

This beautiful hotel is always impeccably kept , smells divine and a pleasure to arrive at...every time!

The bar/restaurant and the street outside (Santana row) can get loud.

"Great weekend stay"

Great location on Santana Row. Beautiful hotel with an awesome vibe. Room was comfortable with a nice balcony overlooking the city and mountains beyond. Would definitely recommend if in the area.

"Beautiful property….. bad customer service at front desk and no hot water!"

This is a beautiful property and the location is perfect! The bell and valet staff were wonderful and kind and helpful.

#1 NO hot water in the shower in the morning!!!! Inexcusable and unacceptable. #2 I had reserved two rooms and I had to wait 2 hours past check in time for my second room to be ready, but….. #3 When I finally walked down to the front desk, after the two hour wait, to demand my second room, there was a different front desk woman who overheard what was going on and was able to instantly find me a clean room right across from my first room. #4 The front desk staff at check in seemed like they had no idea what they were doing and didn’t seem to care either. I had to ask how to get to the elevators to get to my room and all I was given was a key… no map, no verbal information on the hotel layout or amenities, not even how to access the hotel Wi-Fi.

"Will probably pass next time"

The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. For the price, however the service was subpar. Room service took over an hour each time. Had to call every time asking what was going on. The lobby bar is popular with stereotypical Silicon Valley crowds and the bouncers and bartenders have a pretty big Vegas or LA complex. Totally disregard the fact anyone is already paying a ton to stay in the hotel.

Large well designed and clean rooms. Beautiful courtyard and bar areas. Nicely situated lobby on upper floor, creating a very uncrowded and exclusive feel
