No servía el ascensor y estábamos en 3 piso, el olor del baño era muy desagradable (olor a caño) y del grifo de la cocina estaba descompuesto ( eso si lo arreglaron)

Quarto estava muito limpo e cheiroso. A decoração era bonita tb. As camareiras eram simpáticas e limpavam e arrumavam o quarto. Sempre respondia bem as perguntas por WhatsApp.

Meu marido nao gostou do travesseiro, eu nao gostei de ter que lavar a louça, pois senão teria que pagar 0,50 por peça de louça. Algumas paredes do banheiro estavam descascando, precisa de manutenção. Dificil de fazer o check-in, o app Numa no celular náo aceitava a foto do documento do meu marido, demorei demais com isso e me estressou bastante, no fim tive que ligar o computador e fazer a foto com o celular e enviar por WhatsApp. Demorou muito para fazer o check-in.

Todo estuvo mal, las camas duras, sábanas y toallas sucias, te cobran por cualquier movimiento que hagas extra, no te dejan dejar maletas mas que con costo extra, fatal todo. Sobre todo pésima atención al cliente, todo es un bit por WhatsApp, y si llamas para emergencia el chico es pésimo!! No ayudo en nada! No se queden aquí!

"Goede prijs/ kwaliteit verhouding voor een toplocatie in een mooie stad"

De ligging was top! Midden in het leukste deel van Lissabon. Veel is op loopafstand.

Door de ligging heel rumoerig in de nachten met sirenes en mensen die herrie maken op straat. Verder de gordijnen waren niet 100% sluitend en het uitklapbed instabiel en erg krakend. Met z’n 3-en was het appartement een beetje passen en meten.

La ubicación está bien

Lo único malo es que no tiene ascensor está dañado hace muchísimo tiempo y para personas mayores es un tortura o para personas que cargan muchas maletas no lo recomindow
