Extremely noisy air conditioning

This hotel did not post on their web page that they were under construction. We got there Sept. 22 for 2 nights. The breakfast room was dry walked off, the had another room set up. The court yard around the pool was under construction and taped off. We don’t even know where the gym was. Checking in I wanted to go to another hotel immediately but closes one was booked. Then I asked to see a room and the door was stuck shut! Went to another room as now we had to stay here. At check out I asked what will you credit me with? Manager said 10k points, I showed them I should at least get 33k points as that is how much it is to use points. He came back with we’ll give you $149.00 back. But then I looked at the folio and they left in the taxes, etc. I would not go there it’s a mess. I’m sure it will be nice when they are done, but hotel MUST post when they are in construction.🥵

Great for business travel

Construction made access difficult. PAID PARKING IS A RIP OFF!!! THIS IS A NEW SCAM!

Construction was a minor inconvenience.

Great time not nearly long enough but very clean room

Breakfast was adequate for a complimentary hotel breakfast. Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was a nice layout with a homey feel.

Could have had an ice machine in the building. The ice maker in the refrigerator was too slow and there was no ice when we arrived.

We arrived after 2-13 hours day drives very tired. Hotel guest service person said machine to make keys was down. He let us into a room next to 2 very loud dogs barking. He moved us to new room. We had quite a few pieces of luggage due to staying a month. We had to haul all to new room.

Our suite was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.
