The location was great, quick to get to the centre of Windsor

Lack of kitchen equipment, lights didn’t work in one bedroom and the toilet got blocked No proper cleaning cloths or bin bags beds were uncomfortable

Great location within walking distance to the castle. Lovely clean and spacious. Milk in the fridge for our arrival and tea and coffee in the cupboard was a nice touch.

The apartment was perfectly located for us; 10-15 mins walking distance to Windsor Castle area. The apartment was super comfortable, 2 bed/2 bath, with a well kitted kitchen and living area. The living room balcony was a nice retreat, even though it was noisy with Heathrow airport flight path, but you expect that in this location. The host was super helpful, allowing us to drop our suitcases of early in the day. We had an excellent stay.

Honestly nothing really. Just a few minor thinks to note: Maybe a few outdoor chairs on the main verandah; the lock box being labeled with the flat number would help and a door handle to the cupboard housing the washing machine.

Aside from the lack of disability access, which ment on a modern built property having to carry 4 suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, The location is great. Short walk to the main Street. Pub in throwing distance and Tesco 5 min away.

Would benefit from one of the bedrooms being twin beds if more families were to book it. The nearby parking space was easy to find from the directions but if there was a space outside the property it would be ideal.

Nothing - was ideal. Can’t fault
