Very helpful staff and well located for walking in the walled centre of Lucca

Check in hours need to be noticed. Reception is not manned throughout the day.

"Overall....very good"

Everything went very well. The host and his partner were exceptionally obliging and polite. We were the only guests for one day of our stay and the breakfast had been prepared and presented on our table with a unique personal touch. The only issue was the bed which was comfortable but squeaky!!. Apart from that, it was a wonderful little hotel close to all facities. I would happily stay there again.

"A great hotel with Tullio and Silvia expertly attending to all our needs"

Great location to explore Lucca, Pisa, Florence and beyond.

Conveniently positioned, very clean and tidy. There are free bicycles that guests can use to get around and the staff, Tullio and Silva made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

"Fabulous hotel, fabulous staff"

Fabulous location in the heart of Lucca. Beautiful facilities and the absolute best staff. The on-site garage was a great bonus. The hotel was so good that we returned a few days later, cancelling our trip to Pisa!!
