This resort is ok. It had a reasonably comfortable bed. The rooms are old and run down. There are a lot of rules that we aren't used to. You have to buy your own cup in order to have drinks by the pool. We weren't allowed to touch the sand because the waves were too high. They wouldn't allow us to leave even though other people were walking on the beach. We didn't want to touch the ocean, we just wanted to walk and weren't allowed. We ate at the Italian restaurant for our a la carte and the service was great but the food was OK. The appys were great but the mains were kinda gross. I will most likely never come back

We stayed at the Canto Del Sol Mountain Side for 14 days. The suite was very large and in great condition. The room was cleaned daily and all amenities replaced. All the staff are fantastic and friendly, they will do everything in their power to provide you with anything requested. This place is our second home as we have been returning to this resort for 14 years. The food was great, with 4 al la cart restaurants. All the staff will make you feel pampered and at home. This place will make you feel at home and relaxed. Can't wait to go back in 2027.

Absolutely fantastic all inclusive hotel, with great included specialty restaurants on site, in addition to the buffet restaurant. Staff is always helpful when required. Multi purpose, is also a recognized tennis club, has a mini church on site, Highly recommended.
