The staff was responsive

I am very disappointed with my experience. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and we encountered roaches during our stay, which is completely unacceptable. The towels also appeared unclean and needed proper washing before use. Additionally, the kitchen sink had a constant running issue that was not addressed. We were also surprised to learn that we had to rent a pot for $30, which is unreasonable, especially since this cost was not disclosed beforehand and is more expensive than simply purchasing one elsewhere. Another major concern was the lack of security at night. The doors were left unlocked, allowing anyone to walk in without any form of access control, which made us feel unsafe. Unfortunately, many of these issues were not communicated at the time of booking. Greater transparency and improved standards are needed to ensure a better guest experience.
