"Décevant et rien à voir avec ce qui avait été présenté sur le site"

L’emplacement, le bâtiment principal, la taille de la piscine. Personnel globalement serviable et arrangeant.

Au moment de la réservation, nous pensions avoir une chambre dans l’hôtel principal. Or nous nous sommes retrouvés en arrière plan, avec vue mer certes mais dans un bâtiment aux prestations bien loin d’un 4* comme annoncé. La sélection sur Booking est trompeuse. Le restaurant attenant à cette catégorie de chambres est absolument immangeable malgré le choix. Le ménage est complètement aléatoire et fait de manière très sommaire, ce qui est peu étonnant quand on voit l’équipement des femmes de ménage : un chiffon et une balayette… Nous avons manqué de conseils pour les activités, restaurants à faire aux alentours : le personnel gagnerait à mieux conseiller ses hôtes sur ce point.
