Runway Hotel

I only had breakfast but the food was tasty. The welcome drink was delicious just wish it had at least more than 1 option. Overall 8/10

The welcome cocktail was just what was needed after a long day of traveling. The staff were very welcoming.

I’m actually surprise but I had a great stay

The vibrations from the music from the party on the property woke me up at 10 pm - luckily the party ended at 11pm. When we stayed before it was good but now the rooms are run down and outdated. There was no hot water. We will not be returning

Went for a birthday dinner around 7 pm. The waitress sat us down and got us drinks. After about 30 minutes of us having our drinks and being ready to order our apps and dinner, she comes up to us and tells us that the kitchen is closing early because they don’t feel like cooking anymore food for the night. What a waste of time for my birthday dinner!

After receiving the complementary drink no one came to my table to take my order. Breakfast does not start until 7:00am and I had an appointment in Port of Spain for 8:00am.

The rooms are in desperate need of updating. My room, 29 had gaps all arpund the door where you could actually see outside. Not a bad place overall but not for the prices they charge

All is good EXCEPT there was not enough breakfast Staff was horrible Will never go there again

The staff were amazing. I would go back there just for them!
