Runway Hotel

No shuttle option, laundry list of rules including who is and who is not allowed in the room I paid for. Very loud at night, and the ac on the lowest setting was barely enough to keep me cool.

Way over priced. This hotel shouldn't be over 80usd a night. EXTREMELY LOUD MUSIC EVERY SINGLE NIGHT TILL 10PM. Food average. Drink and food prices exorbitant. I wouldn't stay there again. Pool hours till 8pm because or restaurant dinning. Just madness. Holiday inn is much better for the same money

I am a returning customer but was sadly disappointed. Not as advertised. Although attempts were made to provide a suitable room, they were all uncomfortable downgrades. After a long flight and numerous trips up and down the hotel, I resorted to forfeiting my stay and moved to another hotel. No refunds provided for Expedia bookings. Front desk staff could use customer service training as well.

Too much money for the very low average facilities offered. $210 plus “resort fees” per night. And if you ask for a late checkout (we arrived late the previous night, and went to bed past 3 am by the time check in etc was done), they wanted another $20 per hour, or part of hour after checkout time.

This is my second stay at the property and i would highly recommend it for travelling.

It was a group of six (6) persons. We took our husbands and the kids to celebrate Father’s Day. We saw the Hotel advertising a Father Day Promotion which included Dinner, Breakfast, a bucket of beers (Carib, Stag, Pilsner) for the dads. We were like this is a deal let’s get on it! Upon arrival everything went smoothly we were told that dinner was from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. My room was ok however my sister room was horrible. The AC was leaking, the cupboard was infront of the window so they couldn’t get sunlight. Long story short it looked nothing as advertised. We still decided to put that behind us as we know dinner and other things followed. When we arrived they give us the Father’s Day Menu. Here I’m thinking it was going to be something a little fancy(gourmet) it was burger and fries, a rice bowl, salads mind you it’s one item from the menu. This was a disaster!!!! On the flyer for the promotion they had a gourmet looking meal not fries and burger etc. False advertising indeed!!! The rice that my husband and son ordered was spoilt. On the same menu they gave us we were told that a non alcoholic beverage of our choice came with the meal. I was like ok can I have a strawberry smoothie please and my sister ordered the same. The waitress confirmed that we can have it, can you believe 15 minutes later she came to our table to inform us that the smoothie was not to be selected and we would have to pay for the drinks! This is in no way the customers fault as the staff should have known to give us options if the smoothie was not apart of the special. Our husbands were not impressed at all. We asked to see what the breakfast menu would look like and the waitress gave us which were Omlets and other items. When we ask for the omlets they have none!!!! Around 11:30a.m I left my room to go to my sisters and when I came back around 11:37a.m the card wasn’t working!!! All in all this was a waste of my money!!! The customer service was poor I even went to the front desk to express how I felt and the Supervisor took my room number and apologized. I’m so happy to be out of there and I’ll never return!!!!! Runway Hotel you guys failed miserably!

Receptionist very unpleasant. Extremely small elevator, bedroom facing main highway, very noisy. Light switches not convenient to use area. Damp towels in the bathroom, baseboards coming apart from wall at entryway. Photo on site does not reflect the reality. Security person was very pleasant and helpful.

This property is more of a disco than a hotel. The toilet was dirty, and the Wi-Fi did not work for the most part. It's actually the second worst hotel I have travelled to.

Its a party hotel
