The location was excellent, and the apartment was clean and tidy.

The balcony furniture could be replaced.and towels provided were poor quality. The door system once working was OK but there is an internal and external WIFI which needs to be explained as the door will not work on the external.WIFI.

This apartment is right front of the Cadiz long beach. The view from the balcony was fantastic, as in the photos.

This accommodation is actually very good, my low score is wholy in relation to the checking in system.

Although we booked through booking.com, the apartment is rented out by an agency (who I presume have then listed it on booking.com). So you end up getting messages from them, and they just complicate the whole system, we were sent messages from this agency by WhatsApp and direct email regarding booking in and requiring a holding deposit of $95. (These messages did say to disregard the payment of the $95 if you booked on airbnb, I guess that is because it is against airbnb's policies for owners to request anything outside of their booking site). They were asking for my credit card details over whatsapp, which I was uncomfortable providing as it is outside of the booking. com system. We also had to download an app just to to open the door, we found this is actually just annoying, I really don't need extra apps on my phone just to open a door for a 3 night stay. This was the only accommodation in our 6 weeks travelling through Europe that was more annoying to check in to.

The view from the terrace is fantastic. The front beach is all you need for a great holiday. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Easy acces to center by bus no. 1, although a walk by the beach is better. I would really like to come back.

The way you enter and exit the apartment is a bit strange, you have to use your phone, so be sure you have it with you all the time.

Proximity to beach and excellent local, reasonably priced restaurants.

Apartment was not super clean. Sand and hair in both bathrooms. Furnishings need a refresh. Very basic. Far from the old city center, sightseeing and more upscale restaurants. Taxis are extremely hard to get.
