Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff.

Property was dirty, run down, and bug invested with absentee management. Killed 3 roaches and a spider, room carpet covered with black mold/mud, door showed pry marks, toilet ran, leaky fawcett, broken TV connection, hard beds, lumpy pillows, loud street noise and crows. Asked for management 3x daily for 3 days and Drew was never at the property. Would be properly rated as a 1 star hotel.

Location is beneficial for those looking for simple travel throughout the city.

Didn't like that one of the elevators was Out of Order.

The bed was comfortable. The employees were friendly and the coffee in the lobby was very good. Location is good too.

The elevator was broken our entire stay. The other elevator was very disgusting.

I stayed one night for an early flight. It's a motel, not hotel, meaning exterior room doors. My room was ok - nothing special. No carpet so might be good for people with allergies. The sink is separate from the toilet/shower room. The fridge was missing (open space in cabinet although there was a TV. The breakfast area was super-crowded with lots of families with kids so I just grabbed a packet of oatmeal and hot water. Basic accommodation for sure but inexpensive and there's a free airport shuttle once an hour. I took Lyft into the city which adds some cost but not too bad. Tip - have them drop you off near Louis Armstrong Park and walk the rest of the way to the French Quarter. Less traffic that way.

Location ….value.

Elevator broken for all four days of my visit…at 78, way to hard to walk up stairs or all the way around to the rear elevator.
