"Cozy boutique hotel near PV airport"

The comfy bed, AC, quiet, view from terrace, walk to restaurants along the marina.

The pool was nice but due to record heat it was more like a warm bathtub

Great host, lovely room, gorgeous bathroom, parking available and good location near the marina and airport

The AC took a really long time to get the room cool, not really an issue unless it is Jun/Jul/Aug. It was a minor issue, everything else was great

"We would stay here again especially before or after a flight to PVR."

Very close to airport. We had a flight scheduled for the next day. Our room was very clean and attractive as was the rest of the house. It was hot outside and we enjoyed the pool to cool off after arriving.

Not a lot of restaurant options nearby within walking distance.

Everything was fine; good value for money. Property near the beach, restaurants nearby (18 min walking or 3 min in Uber). Airport very close too.

Lovely place that's clean and in a good location.

This was literally you living in someone's house. Can be a little invasive at times but I was only there for a night. Just be sure that you're aware this is a homestay kind of place
