Serenity Inn the City

This is a really lovely apartment. We received good communications from the owners/managers and they were on hand to answer calls/ questions if needed. It is not cheap for an overnight stay, but it is comparatively much better than the 4 star hotels in the area and you get so much more for your money; complete apartment with full kitchen etc, secure parking, soundproofed rooms, luxury décor and fittings. Much better than a hotel in my opinion. The soundproofing really did work too. The location is perfect, a really quick walk into the nicest parts of the city with great shops, bars and restaurants. The area feels safe and the car parking is super secure. The apartment is really well equipped, with beautiful furnishings. The bed is really comfy and we got a great night's sleep. Wi-Fi is strong in all rooms and the TV is smart, with the expected apps, including Netflix.

There is nothing I would say needs improving and I would definitely stay again - thank you to the lovely Hosts!

Wow what a find, the furniture and decor was top class the picture on the website don't do justice its a beautiful apartment with allotted private parking space

the place is nice and beautiful ..

the owner of the apartment is so rude and no manners.. was threatening me and speak to me so loud.. I just dropped the powder at the living room and I clean it .. and she keep pushing me I did a mistake .. but the owner said got a stain in the living room on the sofa .. I can pay if that’s my mistake.. the stain in the sofa not my mistake.

Great location and beautiful apartment

Unfortunately we couldn’t open the windows which made me feel claustrophobic

It was furnished to a high quality and very spacious

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Good location, quick easy walk into the town nice shower and good kitchen facilities. Comfy lounge.

Dirty stained quilt and pillows,(we would not have know this had we not taken the covers off as if was so very hot) dusty surfaces. Unable to open any windows in the bedroom, windows in thd lounge could be opened a fraction but then people walking past all the time on the walkway into York Town. If you stay make sure you drop your luggage off before you park your car on the top floor of the carpark, there us no lift from the car park.
