Saray Hotel Apartments

The staff were very helpful, easy check-in and out. The location was great (restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals all are a walking distance). The apartment was clean, kitchen available with washing machine, fridge and stove for cooking. We had 2 bathrooms equipped with shampoo, soap, toothbrush, shower gel, towels Car parking was available but a bit steep for small cars.

The bed mattress was comfortable but it was not straight (even) in all sides, one side was leaning downwards which was not comfortable to sleep on. The shower was not easy to use as when you increase the pressure/power of the water it will point sideways not downward.

الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل الافنيوز و الاسواق و حديقة الشهيد. الموظفين سريعين في تلبية طلباتنا و البقاله تحت الفندق و كل شي ينقصنا يوصلونا لي فوق

الشقه بغرفتين تحتوي على حمامين بس شاور واحد . اتمنى يسون حل و يضيفون شاور للحمام الثاني مع انه صغير

I like the place, and the staff were friendly and smiling, and the place was clean.

There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower, and the other only has a sink and toilet.

الغرفه بارده مره ماعندهم تدفى يقول المكيف فيه لكن طلع مافيه مايتم توفير الماء الا لدخول الانترنت متقطع

الصوت الخارجي داخل الشقه

المكان موقعه ممتاز و حيوي و يوجد تحت البناية بقالة . اي شي نطلبه من الرسبشن يتم توفيره مثل طاولة الكوي مع الكوايه و تنظيف الغرف ……الخ . الموظفين بشوشين و متعاونين .

الغرف جدا صغيرة . لايوجد مفاتيح على ابواب الغرف . سخان الماء الحار فقط يكفي لشخص واحد . سرير غرفة الماستر ما يكفي لشخصين جدا صغير .

Location is good and near most visited places and not far from Mubarakya souq. Having dates and arabic coffee in the lobby.

We booked 2 bed rooms apartment and living room was small for having kids. Also no water was giving daily after cleaning just first day.
