Guests wishing to rent sun loungers must pay the extra cost directly at the beach. Beach service is available from May until September. The parking garage is 1640 feet from the hotel and a small refundable security deposit is required for the access card. Please note that the pre-authorization of the credit card might be from Hotel Arizona, which is of the same owner as Hotel Elvia. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
