Väldigt stora och rymliga rum! Så skönt! Personalen var så hjälpsamma med allt vi behövde hjälp med.

Vi bodde högst upp och hade mycket bagage så utan hiss var det rätt tungt.

Nichts, da die Übernachtung nicht möglich war. Das Zimmer war nicht fertig und es kam zu keinem Check-in.

Leider ist mir vom Hotel gesagt worden, dass ein Check-in frühestens um 22:30 Uhr möglich ist. Um 19 Uhr musste ich 30 Minuten über eine kostenpflichtige Rufnummer mit Booking.com telefonieren (Kosten ca. 50 €). Booking.com teilte mir in diesem Telefonat mit, dass sie sich in 30 Minuten zurück melden und mir eine Alternativunterkunft mitteilen. Es ist jetzt Sonntag, der 29.06.2025, 09:30 Uhr und ich habe noch keinerlei Informationen von Booking.com zu diesem Sachverhalt. Booking.com hat sein Versprechen, mich am 28.06.2025 bis 20 Uhr zu informieren, nicht eingehalten. Es liegt ein Totalversagen von Booking.com vor. Es geht um die Buchung 6405.323.676, Hotel Torreby Slott Hotel & Golf. Frank Narkus 29.06.2025 / 09:30 Uhr
